People I work with are generally owners of small businesses, start-ups and hobbyists. Many of these folk are not technical and often have tried to deal with larger design companies and have ended up confused and bewildererd.

I will listen to your requirements every step of the way and will not blind you with technical jargon, nor deliver you frills, whistles and bangs (unless you want them of course!)
