Who we are

We are a group of UK-based multi-disciplinary change agents and business psychologists that specialise in using learning, development and assessment techniques to enhance individual, team, or organisational performance.

Our consultancy experience stretches over 30 years and across over 25 industry sectors.  We have worked globally on human resource development assignments in partnership with internal change agents, operational managers and their teams in all key sectors. 

Our team members have undertaken short and long term assignments with organisations, such as BBC, Toyota, Royal Mail, Bank of Scotland, NHS, Nokia, Betfair, BCR, BMI, Compass, Transrail, Lucent Technologies, and many more.
